Just a quick note to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and a Peaceful New Year in 2009. If you’ve visited Vero Beach to view homes with me in the past year, or just visited one of our web sites, I appreciate the fact that you considered doing busy with us. And a very special thank you to all of you who closed on new homes with us this past year. It means a lot to me, plus you chose a great place to own a home!
To recap 2008, Starfish Real Estate had its best year yet despite the economic downturn. We showed and sold homes to some very interesting people from all over the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Cyprus, Israel, Belgium and France. I’m sure I missed someone in there, but thanks to all of you, our business grew steadily throughout 2008.
We did suffer some growing pains due to the shear volume of interest in Vero Beach Real Estate, and have recently moved into new office space (see our new address below) in an effort to grow Starfish in the new year, and to follow through on our mission of providing world class service to our clients.
Our calendar is already starting to fill up for 2009, and we’re looking forward to seeing some familiar faces as well as many new ones in the New Year.
