Vero Beach Reports 8% Increase in Median Prices

In Trulia Trends, Vero Beach Real Estate is #2 in Price Movers with a reported 8% increase in median prices last month. Vero Beach weathered the housing bath well thanks to higher median incomes, more builder restraint during the boom years and fewer unsold units today.
