A new addition to the fine dining scene and creating quite a buzz is the Indigo Room in The Vero Beach Hotel & Club. Opening last month to rave reviews, the oceanfront restaurant and lounge, with its 15-foot floor-to-ceiling windows has spectacular views and award-winning executive chef Michael McBride serving up five-star fare. Next on the agenda for the 83-luxury-suite hotel, a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts, is the opening of the White Orchid Salon & Spa later this year.
